Order It Hub never holds your takings. The charge is made on your connected Stripe account and settles to you on Stripe's schedule.
No redirect away from your store
The card form is part of your checkout page, so nobody is bounced to a payment site that looks like somebody else.
3% of the food, and only the food
Our commission is taken on the food total after discounts. Never on delivery, never on a tip — that money is not ours to take a slice of.
Refunds return our share too
Refund an order and the proportional part of our commission goes back with it. You never fund a refund out of your own margin.
Cash and counter-card sales carry no commission at all — we charge on online card orders, and the rate is shown on the payment page rather than buried in a contract.
Your card processor charges its own fee separately; that one is between you and Stripe.

Yes, and that is the point: it is your account, your payouts and your dispute history.
What if I only take cash?
Then you pay us nothing per order. The free plan and cash-only is a complete, working setup.
